The staff hardly spoke English. The hotel was catering primarily to Russian-speaking guests. The food quality was poor and we encountered delays with housekeeping services, often taking multiple phone calls just to get basic needs addressed.

The location is magnificent and they have parking onsite. The hotel is set in a pretty area with views of the sea.

The room was not only marvellous, but brand-new too, and had a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. The location was magnificent, to a good shopping center, it's a plus. Plus, it was really close to Turkey, Goynuk and from Goynuk's centre;))

There are two great swimming pools, awesome entertainment options, and direct access to the beach. Had a fantastic time with my partner enjoying evening shows.

I honestly can't even describe how much fun we had with the animation team! Those guys were like family, always organizing activities that kept the kids jumping with excitement and the adults smiling. And that food? It was very nice! You could try a different dish every day and never get bored.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The sea view from the room was a highlight, but the room's condition was disappointing. It had a leaking toilet and damaged floors. The food options were disappointing and repetitive, falling short of even three stars. The well-kept grounds were a pleasure to walk through, and staff at the second pier, especially the barmen, were polite and attentive.

Amazing beach vibes!

Staff were super chill and helpful, especially Margarita's team. The BBQ corner was a fun treat, and the variety of food was on point. Wish there were more comfy seats around the dining area though. SPA was decent, but the massages were fantastic!

Free wi-fi and indoor pool were great, but the check-in was a bit slow.

Jacuzzi dirty upon use, staff indifferent.
